Gardner Public Works

The City of Gardner, KS needed a larger facility to support their growing community. Leveraging public funds, they had to work within a strict budget, while creating a space that would function for decades to come.

The resulting 22,000 square foot facility includes conference rooms, offices, a breakroom, and a garage. Dreamed up by the creative minds at Finkle + Williams Architecture, the new building positions the City for growth to better serve its local citizens.
