This local full-floor high-rise office tenant finish project had a strong focus on interior design to be visually appealing while remaining functional and concise. The owner’s expertise in commercial real estate allowed them to be highly involved in the design and engineering in an uncommon but welcoming manner. This input led to greater collaboration that helped inform our engineering and design. We definitely learned a thing or two about how a highly involved owner likes to think about their own space!
The finished project created a warm environment with the lighting design to compliment all the natural wood finishes and indoor greenery used throughout the space, including the logo made with real living green moss! The overall project execution with Titan Construction led to a successful project.
